Are the templates really free?
Yes — every template on Velaphix is completely free to download, for both personal and commercial use, unless stated otherwise on the template's page.
What software do I need to edit a template?
Each template lists which software it was made for — usually Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, or PowerPoint. You'll find this on the template's page under "Template Information," along with the exact file format.
How do I download a template?
Open the template you want, then click the download button on its page. The file will download directly — no sign-up or account required.
Can I use these templates for a client or business?
Yes, our templates are free for both personal and commercial use. Check the License note on each template's page for any specific details.
I don't have design software — can I still use these?
Canva templates only need a free Canva account and can be edited straight in your browser. PSD, AI, Word and PowerPoint files need the matching software (or a compatible alternative) installed on your device.
How often are new templates added?
New designs are added regularly. Check back often, or browse by category to see the latest additions first.
My download won't open — what should I do?
First, check that you're opening the file in the correct software (listed on the template's page). If it still won't open, the file may not have fully downloaded — try downloading it again, and reach out via Email Support below if the problem continues.
Can I request a specific type of template?
Yes! Send your idea through Email Support below. We can't guarantee every request gets made, but we do use suggestions to guide what we design next.
