By accessing or using Velaphix ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

Velaphix provides free, downloadable design templates for personal and commercial use. You may browse, search, and download templates in accordance with our License page.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to copy or download large portions of the Site's content or files.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its server, or related systems.
  • Uploading or transmitting anything harmful, including viruses or malicious code.
  • Reselling or redistributing our template files as a standalone product (see our License page for full details).
  • Using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates, graphics, logos, and site design on Velaphix are the property of Velaphix unless otherwise noted. Downloading a template grants you a license to use it as described in our License page — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design.

5. Third-Party Links and Downloads

Some downloads are hosted through third-party storage services. While we take care to keep these links safe and functional, we are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

6. Advertising

Velaphix displays ads through Google AdSense to support free access to our templates. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this affects data collection.

7. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The Site and all templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Velaphix is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its templates.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
